    Thank you so much for the video. I’ve seen similar ones on the internet but I like how you are positive about how the pelvic floor will begin to relax over time. It gives me hope that if i work on this technique that I will actually find some hope. I have been struggling with pelvic tension for 2.5 years. I am working on releasing my emotions because I know that I have Mind Body Syndrome. I have had many tests done and everything has come out normal. I love all the information you gave, especially about how to regulate the nervous system and how the vagus nerve plays an important role. Nobody so far has done that and I truly appreciate it.
