Dreaming….I was just thinking about this on a walk this week. I realized I have forgotten how to dream….I have forgotten how to play. Both have been replaced with planning and working then planning and working somemore.

In the last few months I’ve had some dreams pop into my head. Instead of pushing them away and returning to my habit of planning and working, I have begun to act on them. I’m taking better care of myself to achieve my dream of better health, I am observing my surroundings (children primarily) to remind myself how to play and I have signed up for coach training….something that came to me as a fleeting thought a couple of years ago when I was meeting with you the first time Abigail. Dreaming and playing are foreign to adult me – but I know it was really good at it at one time in my life. So this year, my dream is to learn how to dream and play and I am going to follow my dream to be the best darn coach I can possibly be.
